Plot: Snidely Whiplash hatches a scheme to take over the Mountie post by tricking Inspector Fenwick into signing a mortgage. With the post at risk of foreclosure, it’s up to Dudley Do-Right to foil Snidely's plan and save the day, but not without the usual misadventures and bumbling along the way
