Plot: The estranged wife of a washed-up boxer returns to Gloribee to obtain custody of the couple's only child. Needing quick cash for legal fees, the boxer challenges the Frisco Kid, an up-and-coming pugilist, to a fight and wins, only to discover that the fight was fixed so that the Kid's crooked manager and his stooge could clean-up on side bets
