Plot: Secret attempts to stop a crazy giant panda called One Ton (voiced by Yoshio Be) from tearing up Chinatown, but he also has strict orders from the Chief not to harm him, because giant pandas are an endangered species. As a result, Secret has to figure out how to defeat the panda without actually fighting him
