Plot: Andy is considered for the prominent Chief of Surgery position (after the current Chief retires) and discovers a competitor bribing members of the board which is going to decide on a replacement. In the midst of this, she must decide whether or not to perform a potentially career-hurting dangerous surgery on a pregnant woman run over by an SUV driver talking on their cell phone
