Plot: Haunted by visions of her deceased mother, Katsumi Liqueur heads off to Tokyo at the request of Rally Cheyenne, a police officer who claims to have information concerning her mother's mysterious death several years earlier. Expecting a smooth landing, Katsumi instead notices the Lucifer Hawk that sensed her arrival to the city standing on the wing of her plane
