Plot: It's the 4th of July so Russell and his mum, Ninette, are visiting an All-American State Fair in Indiana to join in the celebrations. However their Independence Day is going to be anything but traditional as they have been invited to run away with the circus for the weekend and join an old fashioned American Side Show
