Plot: The eccentric Wang Qiang-Da and optimistic Wang Qiang-Wei lock horns on who is responsible for the financial loss of a broken bracelet caused during the attempted apprehension of the criminal “Black Ghost”. To make matters worst, they both end up teaching Chang Tai Tutorial Classes
