Plot: One February evening when the air is still cold, Kobato tells Ioryogi about all the magazines she saw with pictures of chocolates on them. Ioryogi explains Valentine’s Day, and Kobato talks to Fujimoto about having a Valentine’s Day party at the kindergarten
