Plot: In London, James and IQ come from a Sherlock Holmes convention, but Baron von Skarin, with his henchmen Jaws and Nick Nack, use a prototype super tank they stole and attack the city, but then a knock on the head causes IQ to think he is Sherlock Holmes.
