Plot: Dot and Jim begin to make tentative arrangements for Dot's operation and are stunned when her doctor reveals that they need to call her in immediately. Jim is finding it increasingly hard to cope with the pressure alone and, when he inadvertently finds Dot's will, he confides in Dennis
