Plot: In the premiere episode, a man is lost over the channel in a runaway hot air balloon, two skindivers are trapped in an underwater cave, and a buffalo prefers the Lighthouse Bar in town to his Home on the range indicating it is rescue time again for the members of the Island Rescue Forces.
