Plot: Sam's rash decision to man the ED himself during the staff strike comes back to haunt him when Roy Ellison's wife and son turn up at the hospital, and discover what has happened to him. The Ellisons quickly prove that violent behaviour runs in the family, and when their actions on the ward become unacceptable, events begin to spiral out of control
