Plot: Attempting to pacify Baldy-Bald the Third's hatred of humans, Bo-bobo forces him to live through an abridged human life cycle, from kung-fu babies to space school and blowing up the office, all leading up to stopping the former emperor with the power of humanity (and non-humans). But as their team flies off elsewhere, an attack by a strange parachute-manipulating Hair Hunter leads to them learning of the Chrome Dome Playoff, where many old rivals (as well as mysterious new ones) prepare to gather to fight to become the new emperor!
