Plot: Black Jack is given a chance to redeem his medical license, but refuses and is arrested. During Black Jack's imprisonment, an Italian billionaire who was encountered in the other series begs Black Jack to save his grandson, knowing that Black Jack was the only doctor with the necessary talents
