Plot: The series tells the story of the people of Karkh in Baghdad and focuses on the jurist and scholar Abu Wahb bin Omar, nicknamed Bahloul, a man who solves the problems of the city, Caliph Harun Al-Rashid asked him to be chief judges, but he was loyal to the Imam Musa Al-Kadhim, so he pretended to be insane and took from a reed a horse that he rides in front of the people, but doubts swirl about the reality of his madness.
