Plot: Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson visits Co Down in Northern Ireland, where he explores the area's traditional foods and crafts. He spends a day harvesting potatoes, learns the secrets of one of the world's oldest fabrics, heads out on a boat in search of seaweed, and cooks a hearty dish for a family of award-winning local folk singers
