Plot: In Plain Sight, directed by TommyJohn Finston and Logan MacDonald is a brief introduction to social and political problems that the Narragansett Trial Nation of Rhode Island face. In this short film, we follow the lives of Bella and Randy Noka who are Tribal Elders as they bring awareness to struggles they and their tribe have faced from local communities and the State of Rhode Island
