Bio: Fred Roy Harris (November 13, 1930 – November 23, 2024) was an American politician from Oklahoma who served from 1957 to 1964 as a member of the Oklahoma Senate and from 1964 to 1973 as a member of the United States Senate.
Harris was elected to the Oklahoma Senate after graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law
